​How do I know what size to order?

Please measure your existing banner. Sizing is as follows: Large Size: 36" long x 4.75" wide; Medium Size: 33" long x 4.75" wide; and Small Size: 30" long x 4.75" wide.

How long does shipping take?
Al Banner Bags are ready to ship. Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to process and 2-3 business days for shipping throws USPS Priority.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, however, the buyer is responsible for shipping and import taxes/duties. For international orders please email for more information.

Can I return my order?
All sales are final. If you are not happy with your Banner Bag or the sizing is incorrect, please email for information on how to process an exchange.

Can I customize the fabric and/or lining fabric?
At this time we are not currently offering any customizations.​

I am a pageant titleholder. Will you sponsor me?

At this time I am unable to sponsor individuals. I always offer 10% off if you sign up for our mailing list.

I am a pageant director. Will you sponsor my titleholders?
Yes, however, we do not give away free Banner bags. All sponsorship requires monetary compensation. For pageant directors or orders of 6 or more, 4 weeks notice is required. 2 weeks notice will require a $100 rush fee. I cannot accommodate orders of 6 or more banner bags in less than 2 weeks. If needed an expedited shipping fee can be added. Please email for more information.​

When do you offer preorders?
Preorders are offered for pageants that we will be attending in person. This includes a discounted rate and no shipping. I announce preorder information through email blasts and on instagram.
